Okay, so I was watching the golf the other day, and this guy Viktor Hovland was just killing it. I’d heard of him before, but I didn’t really know much about him. Naturally, my first thought was, “Where’s this dude from?” I mean, with a name like “Hovland,” I figured he probably wasn’t from around here.
My little Investigation
So, I grabbed my phone and opened up my browser.
I typed in “where is Viktor Hovland from”.
- First I Checked the simple answer from the search engine results page, there are his origin in a nutshell.
- Then I went through several websites, some of them are offical sites, some are just the normal sports news sites.
- I even watched a few YouTube videos of him playing and doing interviews, just to get a better sense of who he is.
Turns out, he is from Oslo, Norway. I gotta say, that makes a lot of sense. I always appreciate a good underdog story.
And, I have to give the guy props for doing so well in a sport that’s not super popular in his home country.
Anyway, that’s it! It is just a simple search but fullfilled my curiousity. Case closed!
